The client portal makes it easy to book a free consultation, complete and sign intake and consent forms, securely manage your payment method, view upcoming and past appointments, and cancel or reschedule sessions—all in one place.
Booking sessions
To book a session, click the Practice's address even for telehealth appointments, then press Confirm and follow the prompts. Be sure to select the correct session format: In-person or video.

Scheduling policy
The practice has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of a session are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee.
