I'm Rose Neugroschel, LCSW — the solo clinician behind R.A.N. Counseling. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and eating & body image concerns. Additional areas I can support you in include: alcohol concerns, perfectionism, stress, relationship challenges, and other experiences that you're not sure how to cope with.
I work with adults (20+) in-person in Asheville, North Carolina (Western NC) and via telehealth to residents of North Carolina, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Colorado. Telehealth clients must be physically located in one of those licensed states at the time of session. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical, grounded in evidence-based therapies that explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship, in which we go at your own pace.
With 10 years of clinical experience across medical social work, employee assistance, community mental health, and group practice, I bring an integrative approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional certification in mental health and nutrition. Sessions are supportive, upfront, and transparent. We will go at your own pace, and I value your autonomy.
